Okay, another 3 or 4 have been blocked or had audio disabled for claims on music content. So what I'm going to do is collect all of my download links together and make a pinned post for them. Might have to do this over a week or so because most of my hard copies of my vids are on my other computer, which is playing up at the moment (screen cuts out every few seconds). So I'll have to get that computer fixed to finish linking everything. Might have to upload them all on another streaming site, but I don't actually know of any because I don't browse the internet enough, haha!

Might have to make another youtube account... seems like my vids don't last too long on there, so I might assume that everything will eventually be disabled and reupload every now and then. Gah.

Oh yeah, the computer's the reason I haven't made more for a while, I have about 10 half-finished projects on it that I don't want to restart, haha! There will be more though, count on that.

Seems like they're removing videos every other week.

On the upside, Battlestar is back. But I'm oddly disappointed at the last cylon revelation. Huge let-down. I just don't see why they chose who they did, what happened to all that "they have a plan" crap? I wanted it to have a bigger impact. But, hopefully they'll make up for it with the follow-up to there not being any civilization on Earth and the thirteenth tribe having been cylon. We shall see. I'm not expecting much anymore though.

Kind of feel like I've been hit with a truck this week. Tired for no reason, lots of headaches, aches and pains, fuzzy headed. Ugh. I wants me holiday! Can't decide where to go though, gotta be on a budget.

K, ramble over for now.

Limp Bizkit sent a copyright infringement notice. But now I know the name of the song, so that's a plus I guess. That was driving me crazy a while back.

Can't vid for a little while. I'm on a different laptop because my old one has died on me. The screen keeps cutting out, probably because I dropped it :/
Anyway, all my files and projects are on the old one and I can't see the screen long enough to transfer anything to a flash drive. So it's a matter of starting from scratch and I don't have time right now. Work gets busy at christmas.

Greys are doing an Aspergers story... freaking me out, lol. While I like that they are taking a look at it, it seems that they've written in just about every symptom a sufferer could possibly have, all at the same time. I think they might have unintentionally made it too exaggerated. For me to say that, being the huge Mary McDonnell fan that I am, is saying something.... then again, I'm biased towards the disorder too, haha.

Yeah, I made a vid while a little drunk! Took 4 hours. It's a Grey's Anatomy one of course, to Linkin Park's "Bleed It Out". Nice and fast-paced, the way I like it! Includes everbody, unless I've completely forgotten a character, which would be my lazy brain's fault (not mine) and you should send haterade for it via the comments section :)

Okay, Grey's vid.

It's not the elaborate one I'm making, this one's something I got sidetracked with tonight. Which makes me nervous because I never post a vid that I've only spent the last couple of hours making and haven't had a chance to look at with fresh eyes. It could very well suck when I see it tomorrow, lol.

Anyway, it follows Erica Hahn's storyline... and the vid's storyline? Not linear. At all. It's kind of backwards actually.

The slightly haunting little piece of music is by Limp Bizkit (I know, right?) and I came accross it by complete accident, so don't ask me where it's from.

Tell ya what though, I'm sick of this bitch at work taking time off when she knows full well that I'm the only one who can cover her while she's gone. She's off for the entire week, meaning I have to split my days to do her work too. It wouldn't piss me off so much if I hadn't been sick all weekend myself. Wouldn't have minded a day or two off to recover. It's not just every now and then that she's away, feels like she's gone more often than there. Gah. I need to quit and go back to Uni. Two years of a degree doesn't get me anywhere so I think it's time I stopped being a lazy ass, quit where I'm currently working, and finished the damn degree. It's a Science degree, not some bullshit Arts thing, and to leave it hanging in mid-air is fucking stupid.

Did. Not. Want. To. Go. To. Work. Today.

I very nearly could not care less if I just didn't show up. This is a bad thing (obviously) and I need to snap out of it. I need excitement. Change. Something. I don't know, but what I'm doing now is not working for me. It may just be a case of depression coupled with boredom and frustration, in which case I just need to get the hell out of this rut and do something different. The question is what? I have no ideas. Nil. That's why this is a bad thing. It's times like this that I wish I didn't alienate people so much. 99% of the time I'm happy being alone in my little bubble, doing whatever the hell I want whenever I want, but the other 1% kills me. Like now. It makes me physically ill. Too bad being around people all the time is what usually makes me physically ill, hah. 1% isn't so bad I suppose, when you think about it. I'll most likely be somewhat over it tomorrow, but just in case I'm not over it, I need a plan. Something different I can do tomorrow. Sigh. Clueless.

Y'know, if I had the guts I'd go out and pick someone up. Problem is, there are not too many women looking for a one night stand with a woman at any bars around here after midnight, lol! Might be a slight problem, hey? God damn prudish city! Seems like everywhere I turn there are gay men, but women? Nah. Maybe they're all just as afraid of the prudish city as I am? Who knows. Either way it's not doing anything to help my current situation, lol.

I NEED A DRINK! ;)

Also, making a Harry Potter vid as practice with Vegas. Some of the features are really good. Just need to get used to cutting the clips with the new program.

Oh my god.

Have you ever eaten something and been left with this horrible horrible horrible taste in your mouth and not been albe to get rid of it? I have that now... *gag*

Foxtel showed the first ep of Season 6 of Crossing Jordan then pulled it. Ugh. I was looking forward to that, lol. And I bought Sony Vegas, so that's why no vids lately. Getting used to it, and trying to re-work old ideas and partly done vids to fit vegas because Windows Movie Maker? Is just not worth the frustration anymore. That program could do some decent work, but geez... it froze after every few changes I made. Pain in the ass.

Also feeling like I'm maybe a tad insane recently. I've always kind of thought that, but the evidence is getting a little overwhelming. People are steering way clear of me lately, and it just can't all be due to bitchiness and my weird sarcastic sense of humor. It may be the fact that I'm beginning to like it when my filing cabinet gives me an electric shock every day. The giggles can't look like a sane person's giggles - there's no way it could look even close to normal, but can I stop myself? Apparrently not.

But I can stop myself from typing anything more. And will.

Posting this however? *grin*

P.S. I am attempting an elaborate Greys Anatomy vid soonish, should be something out of the norm at least, and will involve all the characters, so, yays.

I so wanted to vid "I Don't Feel Like Dancing" by the Scissor Sisters to clips from Will and Grace. How damn funny would that be?? I can see it playing in my head, taunting me with the fact that it will never happen. Sigh. I'll have to content myself with vidding Greys. Music video for the movie Series 7 - The Contenders, where I first saw Brooke Smith (see icon). Yeah, I know she was the girl in the pit in Silence of the Lambs, but I didn't see that movie until recently. She rocked that role though. Oh, right, the music's by Drowining Pool in case anyone's been living under a rock and has never heard this song before (it's used everywhere). If I've heard it, everyone must have. I'm usually very late to the party. I think the song's even used in the new Rambo movie... that makes me laugh just a little bit. And I'm so glad Brooke's on Greys now. That show had all but lost my respect, it needed a breath of fresh air. Oh, and Aussies? Brooke's episodes of Crossing Jordan air on "W" on Foxtel from April 27th. FYI. Watch, it's a good show. The episode "33 Bullets"? Fan-freakin-tastic.

Anyway, I love this movie. First saw it with a friend at the Palace Nova cinemas here in Adelaide (more of an art-house cinema, really cool). I was in still at school then, how's that for a scary flashback. Class of 2000 rocks. Brighton Secondary School? Not so much. I swear some of the students (and teachers) there needed psychiatric help... myself included, that was a messed up time in my life. Get this, I was attacked in a shopping centre carpark by a guy wearing women's underwear. Totally serious. That was in 1997, 11 years ago now, I was 14 years old at the time. Anyone who figures out who I am by some fluke and sees this would probably think that explains a hell of a lot, lol! Not many people know this, which is why I love the anonymity of livejournal. Anyway, /end random fact. That was a while ago and I'm pretty much over it now. Insomnia makes me say strange things.

HEROES! I'm addicted. Seriously. This vid took all of two days over the easter weekend, lol. Inspiration's a wonderful thing. I'm planning on making a similar vid for season two fairly soon, downloading the last of the clips (downloading's bad, don't do it?)

I'm such an insomniac lately. And I'm impatient. Was trying to edit a vid I've started but saw something shiny and got distracted. Making another Voyager vid, it revolves around the Hirogens, nice and fast-paced, a little dark maybe. Once I get a creative burst (when I'm not at work) I'll get it done.

Work's such a pain lately, I can't figure out why I'm suddenly so busy. The only logical explanation I can come up with is that I'm not working as quickly as normal, which is absurd because reps keep asking me if I'm always this efficient (the answer is 'yes'). What's the bet that next week I have nothing to do?
